User Agreement for DrillMate

DrillMate is a digital platform that connects customers directly with verified borewell drilling service providers. DrillMate itself does not perform drilling services and acts only as a facilitator.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and service booking.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• Customers must ensure safe access to drilling sites.

• Service providers must fulfill services honestly, on time, and as agreed.

4. Payments and Fees

• All payments are to be made through secure methods provided within the app/website.

• DrillMate may charge a service or platform fee, which will be shown before confirmation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will follow our refund policy.

5. Limitations of Liability

• DrillMate is not responsible for damages, delays, or disputes arising between customers and service providers.

• Users agree that DrillMate will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

6. Termination

DrillMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of this Agreement, misuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Agreement

DrillMate may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
